Creative Homesteading: Flowers & Arrangements

Join Farmer Zach as we explore the many types of flowers we grow on the Wyckoff Farm and a variety of ways to enjoy their beauty. We will take a guided tour through the garden, highlighting the native and medicinal species of flowering plants that make Brooklyn their home. Then, choose a method to remember your floral journey: make bouquets of fresh flowers, press flowers for preservation, create still life drawings, or learn how to hang flowers to dry.

Arrive early to visit our Farmers Market for organic Brooklyn grown produce. This workshop is recommended for participants ages 13 and up.
