Wyckoff Family Reunion Weekend 2019 in NYC

We have a great lineup of activities scheduled for the October 18-20, 2019 Wyckoff Family Reunion in NYC. If you are joining us from out of town, make sure to book your room at the Holiday Inn Downtown before rooms run out. In addition to the reunion meeting and activities at the Wyckoff House Museum on Saturday, we have planned walks, tours, meals, and more. We hope you choose to join for as many of the activities as you are able, especially if you want more time mingling and connecting with cousins.

FEES & SCHEDULE

The base fee is $100  per adult ($95 Early Bird), including transportation to the museum, or $75 per adult ($70 Early Bird) if you arrange transportation on your own. This fee includes: activities on Friday and Saturday (listed below), t-shirt, tote bag, printed materials, admin fees. The early bird discount is $5 off, if you register by June 30, 2019.

Friday, October 18:

• Walk and Talk along the High Line with Board President, Naj Wikoff, meeting around 4:30pm
• Welcome cocktail reception and cookout hosted at the home of Board Treasurer Barbara Wyckoff Siris and Peter Siris, starting around 6pm

Saturday, October 19:

• Group transportation from Holiday Inn – Financial District to Wyckoff House Museum (9:15am pickup) ^
• Morning refreshments, coffee, tea, pastries during reunion meeting
• Presentations, workshops, and activities at historic house museum: house tours, hearth cooking, tulip planting and more!
• Picnic style lunch with sandwiches and salads
• Mini bus-tour of local historic attractions ^
• Return transportation to Holiday Inn — Financial District around 4:30 pm ^

Optional add-on activities for an additional fee:

• Saturday Family Dinner* – Chinese Banquet at 7:30 pm Golden Unicorn Restaurant  ($55)
• Sunday morning group breakfast at 8 am St. George’s Tavern (inside hotel) – ($15)
• Sunday Group Sightseeing Tour – TBD
• Sunday afternoon Brunch at historic Fraunces Tavern  ($47)

We have not finalized arrangements for all add-on activities. You will have the option to add them on later as they become available.

* Saturday Family Dinner – The Saturday night dinner restaurant is a little more than one mile from the hotel. It is a lovely walk or you can take public transportation. We will also help to arrange shared rides to and from the restaurant.

^ Transportation-on-your-own Option –Transportation and mini bus tour are not included in “Transportation on-your-own” registration option. If you wish to come only for activities on Saturday and will be arranging your own transportation that day or want to change your option, please email [email protected].

Deadlines: Early Bird Registration is $5 off your ticket if you register before June 30, 2019. Registration deadline is September 15, 2019. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you registrtion after this date.

Accommodations: We have a block of rooms reserved at a VERY reasonable rate in NYC at the Holiday Inn Downtown —Financial District, 99 Washington St., New York, NY. Rates are $189 (+ tax) for one King sized bed or $209 (+ tax) for two double beds. You must reserve by September 1, 2019. Rooms are subject to availability so we recommend reserving ASAP. Transportation: We are working on providing a detailed page on transportation options to/from airports, and around the area. We will also be putting together a message board where cousins can connect to carpool and share cabs and connect ahead of the reunion.
