Skill Building Garden Volunteer Day: Summer Vegetable Gardening

SUMMER VEGETABLE GARDENING
Join our garden team this season for monthly volunteer skill building and training days. Participate in hands-on gardening while helping us steward the Wyckoff House Park and help us grow food for our community markets. We will focus on a different topic. Each volunteer begins with a brief lesson and orientation.
Participation in one volunteer day is a prerequisite to be an ongoing garden volunteer. Can be applied to volunteer hour requirements. Sign up ahead or show up on the day of. Groups of more than 4 must contact us ahead of time at [email protected]. Ages 13+.
This month, learn about planting, propagating, tending, pruning, and harvesting summer vegetables.
