For more than 75 years, the Wyckoff Association has hosted regular reunions to bring together Wyckoff descendants from all over the country. These reunions are a great opportunity to meet cousins near and distant, network, socialize, and travel somewhere new.
Reunion 2020 in Kansas City, MO
It’s been more than 30 years since the Wyckoff family last visited Kansas City, MO, which is where we’ll be heading for our 2020 Wyckoff Family Reunion. Join us in Kansas City, MO Friday, October 16th to Sunday, October 19th, 2020. Our schedul and reservation is still in the works, but you can now book your flights and rooms with the information below.
Accommodations
BOOKING HOTEL
We have a reserved one of the best deals in town with a block of at the Holiday Inn Kansas City Downtown – Aladdin — 1215 Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64105. Rates are $129 (+ taxes) per standard room. You must reserve by September 18, 2020. Rooms are subject to availability so we recommend reserving ASAP. EXTENDING YOUR STAY
For those who wish to extend their stay in KC and to add nights at the Holiday Inn before or after our group block dates, you must fist book those the block dates online or via phone. After you have booked, reach out to us to get in touch with the hotel’s group coordinator, who will be able to extend your dates at our incredibly discounted rate, if available. If you have any problems with your reservation or they say there are no more rooms in the block, please contact us immediately as we might be able to arrange for more rooms.

Reunion Schedule
Our dedicated Executive Reunion Committee is busy putting together a great lineup of activities for the weekend. For those who are coming from out of town, we plan to offer activities in the last afternoon/ evening of Friday October 16 and continue through midday/ afternoon on Sunday October 18, 2020. We will be sharing a more detailed agenda shortly. Below, please find a general outline of the weekend based on past reunions – the actual schedule and activity is subject (and likely) to change. We certainly encourage you to extend your stay before or after to see all that the city has to offer.

Registration, Rates & Options
Registration Rates for the full weekend generally cost between $100-300 per adult. We try to make extra activities and meals optional add-ons so that attending the reunion is accessible for everyone. Please contact us directly for pricing for youth or infants.
About our Prices: We do not mark up any activities and do our best to keep costs low in order to pass on any discounts to our attendees. Organizing the reunion is an enormous task and a labor of love led by our dedicated Board of Directors, our volunteer reunion committee and museum staff.
