Fireside Feast

Our historic Flatlands houses are hosting an evening of hearth cooking, spirit tasting, eating, drinking, and merriment! The menu will reflect 19th-century recipes, including a bread recipe from the Lott family and locally grown produce and herbs from the Wyckoff garden. Influences from historic and contemporary immigrant communities in Flatlands will be highlighted, including recipes from the Lott family cookbook.

In collaboration with the Wyckoff House Museum, featuring dishes cooked on an open hearth by Hearth Cook Zach and historical cocktails with the Food Griot, Tonya Hopkins.
