American Genealogy Workshop
June 10, 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
FreeHave you ever wanted to explore your family’s history but didn’t know where to start? Want to know if you have an ancestor who fought in the American Revolution? Or curious about where your great-grandparents came from?
The Wyckoff House & Association, Friends of the Lott House and Fort Greene Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the Revolution (NSDAR) invite you to a genealogical workshop.
This intro to genealogy will provide an overview of historic resources and best practices to document your family history. Whether a descendent from a colonial settler or a recent immigrant, every family has a story to share.
This workshop is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council and Council Member Alan D. Maisel.
